**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to collaborate with our cross-functional team in creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences. As a UI/UX designer at Bitbox, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs, translating them into intuitive designs, and ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our design processes.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies is a plus.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
