**Job Title**: Agricultural Adviser

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Agricultural Adviser to help farmers improve their agricultural techniques and achieve better outcomes. The role involves visiting farms, assessing current farming methods, and offering tailored, practical advice to enhance crop yields and encourage sustainable practices.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support the development of farm management plans that enhance productivity, optimize resource use, and uphold environmental sustainability.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Hands-on experience in agriculture, farm management, or agricultural consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of crop care, soil management, and pest control methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy.
- **Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
