**Role and Responsibilities**:As a Phonics Teacher at Curious Caterpillar, you will be a vital part of our team, delivering engaging and effective phonics lessons to children. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting interactive online phonics classes in accordance with our established curriculum.
- Using innovative teaching techniques to enhance students' phonics skills and language development.
- Providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their progress.
- Creating an inclusive and motivating online learning environment that fosters student engagement and confidence.

**Requirements**:To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a pre-primary phonics tutor.
- Proficiency in phonics education methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with young learners.
- A good-condition laptop or computer meeting the necessary technical requirements.
- A high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 60 Mbps for seamless online teaching.
- A well-equipped workstation with proper lighting and background to maintain a professional teaching environment.

**Compensation and Contract**:This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from 200-250 INR per hour for part-time work. The contract duration is 6 months, offering stability and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

**Interview Process**: The selection process involves three stages: 1)Telephonic Interview 2) Skill Check 3) Interview with Team Leads
