**The Role**: Associate Editor, Steel Markets

**The Team**: Team analyzes trade and activity data and incorporates market knowledge in publishing price assessments used by clients. The team is collaborative and engages with the market through various mediums, including commentaries, news stories, blogs etc.

**Responsibilities**: The Associate Editor will r eport on markets daily, generat ing price assessments, commentaries, and news stories, working as part of a team. The person will also actively engage with market participants within India and across the region on methodology and market developments. The role is offered as Associate Editor or Editor, depending on experience.

**What we’re looking for**:
E xperience in metals or commodity m arkets in a reporting or analytical role

Desire to take ownership of a market in informational and relationship terms

Strong command of written and spoken English ; proficiency of other Asian languages a plus

Energy, drive, and ambition to excel in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a team-oriented, global, multi-cultural environment

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

Critical thinking abilities, strong sense of initiative and attention to detail

Conscientious user of Excel
