**SQL & Database Management**: Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).-
**Data Integration**: Experience in integrating data from multiple sources into Tableau.-
**Performance Optimization**: Ability to optimize dashboard performance for large datasets.-
**Cloud Platforms**: Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) for data storage and analytics.**Soft Skills & Training**:
**Training & Mentorship**: Experience in **training junior analysts** and mentoring team members, particularly in Pune, India.-
**Collaboration**: Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, including remote support.-
**Problem Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions for data visualization and analytics.-
**Documentation**: Ability to create clear, comprehensive documentation and training materials. For internal and external.**Responsibilities**:
