Job Title: Call Center Voice

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers

Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner

Provide accurate product and service information to customers

Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records

Meet or exceed monthly call volume and quality targets

Attend regular training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals and objectives

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in customer service or related field is an asset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is an asset

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work accordingly

Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
