**Responsibilities**:

- Handling compliance work, including reporting to NSE, BSE, and other exchanges
- Creating financial models
- Preparing presentations
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies
- Research regulatory requirements and stay updated on any changes
- Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and maintain compliance-related documentation and records
- Support audits and reviews of company processes to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Aid the compliance team with day-to-day tasks, including filing, reporting, and internal communications
- Investigate potential compliance breaches and assist in resolving issues
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies
- Prepare reports for management regarding compliance operations and progress

**Skill(s) Required**:

- Accounting
- English Proficiency (Spoken)

- Financial Modeling

- MS-Office
