We are launching a new Autism Therapy Center and are looking for a dedicated **female Center Head** who can lead the center with compassion and professionalism.

**Position**: Center Head & Speech Therapist
**Gender**: Female
**Requirement**: Must be a **certified therapist** (Speech Therapist / Occupational Therapist / Behavior Therapist / Clinical Psychologist)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day center operations
- Manage therapy schedules and parent communication
- Ensure quality therapy sessions and child progress
- Maintain documentation and reporting
- Lead therapists and support staff

**Qualifications**:

- Valid certification in relevant therapy field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children with special needs
- Leadership and team-handling ability
