**Job Summary**

Charms presently have offices at Chandigarh (HO), Mohali, Amritsar, Bathinda, South Delhi, West Delhi, Ludhiana, Khanna, Jalandhar, and Moga with ongoing expansion plans.

**We are looking for a coordinator for the Moga office coordinator

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- The coordinator will be responsible for documentation, eligibility checks, and Application Filing of enrolled students.
- Coordinate with counselors for profile assessment.
- Should have knowledge of the checklist as per the requirement.
- Coordination with the students for routine matters.
- Learn Company's CRM portal and use it efficiently for all routine activities.
- Maintain the MIS and reports.
- Thorough knowledge of eligibility requirements of colleges and universities in Canada.
- Must have knowledge about the file lodgment process & requirements of Canada and other countries The coordination required with the filing team for timely lodgements of all the files

Desired Profile
- Should be a graduate in any stream.
- 3 yrs. experience in the relevant field.
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
