**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Assist in the conceptualization and development of design concepts for various projects.
- Prepare mood boards, color palettes, and material boards to present design ideas to clients and senior designers.
- Conduct site visits and measurements to gather necessary information for project planning.
- **Space Planning**:

- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Develop and refine space planning layouts that optimize the functionality and aesthetics of the interior spaces.
- **Material and Product Selection**:

- Research and source appropriate materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories.
- Assist in preparing and presenting material and product selections to clients.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Participate in client meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Communicate design ideas and updates to clients effectively, incorporating their feedback into the design process.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design plans.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes that arise during the implementation phase.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized project files, documents, and design archives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a professional setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and color.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

**Additional Requirements**:

- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and technical skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
