**About the Job**:
At Birlasoft, we're looking for an experienced **Data Governance SME**.

**Title**:Data Governance SME**

**Location**:Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore**

**Educational Background**:Any Graduation**

**Long Description**:
**Skill Required**:

- 12 to 15 years of overall experience in data governance and data quality management
- Experience in defining data governance strategy for organization
- Responsible for designing, establishing, and implementing data governance framework and key data governance artifacts (Policies, standards, documentation, definitions, processes, and templates etc.)
- Metadata management and configuration: Data Catalog, Source System Integrations, Business Glossaries, Data Dictionaries.
- Ingestion management: Mapping document, ETL specifications, Data Lineage Development
- Working knowledge of Purview or any other data governance tool like Alation and Collibra
- Should have good verbal and written communication.

**Additional Requirements**
- Primarily office-based with the option for remote work as per company policy.
