**Job Summary**:
The Security Officer - Site Monitoring is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets through continuous monitoring of assigned site premises. This role includes real-time surveillance, incident response, and adherence to security protocols. The officer will coordinate with the security team to ensure a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Site Surveillance and Monitoring**:

- Conduct continuous monitoring of site premises using surveillance systems, CCTV, and on-ground patrols to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and any other potential security threats.
- Ensure all monitoring equipment is functioning properly and report malfunctions immediately.

**Access Control and Verification**:

- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identities, and enforce access control policies for all personnel and visitors.
- Issue visitor badges, maintain logs, and conduct periodic inspections of security passes for compliance.

**Incident Response and Reporting**:

- Respond promptly to alarms or emergency calls, assessing situations, and taking immediate corrective actions.
- Document and report any incidents, suspicious activity, or breaches of security protocols to the Security Manager or Site Supervisor.
- Prepare daily security activity reports and maintain accurate records of all incidents.

**Safety Compliance and Protocol Adherence**:

- Follow safety regulations and assist in enforcing fire, health, and safety protocols across the site.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure site compliance with safety standards, including fire exits, alarm systems, and emergency evacuation plans.

**Emergency Preparedness and Support**:

- Participate in emergency response drills and maintain readiness to assist in evacuations, medical emergencies, or other site-wide incidents.
- Provide support and guidance during evacuations or lockdowns, directing employees and visitors to designated safe zones.

**Collaboration with Security Team**:

- Coordinate with other security personnel, including shift transitions, to ensure seamless and continuous monitoring.
- Assist in training new security staff in site-specific protocols and monitoring practices.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in security monitoring, surveillance, or a related role is required for minimum of 10 years.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in using security monitoring equipment, including CCTV and alarm systems.
- Strong observational skills, with the ability to detect and assess risks promptly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergencies.
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols and safety regulations.

**Work Environment**:
The role may involve long periods of standing, rotating shifts, and occasional physical exertion. The Security Officer - Site Monitoring must remain vigilant and alert throughout their shift to ensure site safety.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
