Experience : 2 Years +
- Bachelors / Masters degree with experience in Design of Hydraulic Cylinders & components design.
- Proficiency in Solidworks 3D CAD package.
- Exposure/Knowledge to MatLAB/Simulation tools ( Ansys etc..) will be of advantage.
- Must have strong hands-on experience in Engineering calculations for design of Hydraulic cylinders & hydraulic design knowledge.
- Design & Development of different types of Hydraulic Actuators, including Cylinders, Safety locking devices and System Structures as per Specification from Customer/Sales team.
- Strong analytical skills & experience in component design and validation of linear actuators.
- Strong knowledge of more than one relevant Mechanical industry codes/standards (e.g.; ASME, PED, DNV, API,, AISC etc.)
- Responsible for Reviving and Releasing of component drawings, Create and manage Component BOM, NPI/project management documentation & CFT project meeting documentations.
- Proving the prototype design of Hydraulic cylinders and components at customer location and critical assembly instructions. Analyse design reliability, serviceability and manufacturability.
- Thorough Knowledge about Engineering Materials, Manufacturing Processes, Castings, Forgings, Bolted Joints, Welded Joints, Reliability, Tolerance Stack-up and GD&T.
- Good knowledge & exposure towards Oil seals & other Electronics for Hydraulic cylinders.
- Define and execute the Virtual, On machine validation plan through DFMEA, DVP&R.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
