Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and assemble video footage into polished final products that meet the project’s specifications.
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand the project’s vision and objectives.
- Trim footage and add transitions, titles, and effects as needed to create compelling videos.
- Ensure videos are formatted correctly for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites, YouTube, etc.).
- Work within tight deadlines to deliver high-quality video content.
- Organize and maintain video files and assets efficiently.
- Assist in brainstorming and planning the video production process.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience as a video editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of video production workflows and editing techniques.
- Solid understanding of color grading, sound design, and video effects.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a creative team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects or similar tools).
- Knowledge of audio editing and mixing.
- Experience editing videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of DSLR or mirrorless camera operations is a plus.
