**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support end-to-end IT recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and

coordinating interviews.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting jobs on relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely updates on hiring progress.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus.
