Job Summary:
The Finance Associate (Accounts payable) performs the daily task processing Invoices in workday. The Finance Associate is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of Auditing Reports and daily activities, data entry, preparing daily status reports, as well as other projects and day to day tasks as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Processing Invoices on daily basis in workday
- They should be processing and verify Invoices, reconciling Invoices, matching purchase orders with invoices, entering invoices into system.
- Assists with management of mailbox.
- Communicates effectively with US team members when issues arise.
- Responsible for the delivery of service levels as per the expected KPI’s
- Strict adherence of Process outlined.

Education and Experience:
BCOM/MCOM & MBA - Finance

0-1 years of experience in Accounts payable

MS-Office

Computer Skills:
Required: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Working knowledge on Access database would be good but not mandatory.

Certificates and Licenses:
None

Work Environment:

- 50+ hour standard workweek requirement.
- Standard indoor working environment.
- Long periods of sitting while working at computer.
- Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm;
