**Job Title: Tele Caller Executive**

As a CRM Executive, your primary responsibility will be managing customer relationships, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining a positive experience for our clients. You will be required to communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers to resolve queries, provide solutions, and enhance the customer journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in problem-solving and resolving customer complaints
- Maintain CRM database with up-to-date customer information

**Qualifications**:

- **Graduate** (Any stream)
- Fluent in **English** and **Hindi**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications
