**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day back-office operations including document management, data entry, and administrative support.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
- Assist in business development activities such as client communication, lead follow-up, and maintaining client databases.
- Support real estate marketing initiatives including online listings, social media coordination, and promotional content drafting.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, property records, and client interaction logs.
- Handle inbound queries and ensure prompt and professional responses.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong command of English (spoken and written) from an English medium educational background.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer operations.
- Experience in real estate marketing or back-office operations preferred.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Must be from an English Medium Background

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years in back-office operations, business development, or real estate marketing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
