**What you’ll do**

**Your key responsibilities**
Build strong competency and capability around S4/H (managing out of the box and not customizations) - Integrating ECC into Ariba/S4/H - Manage the impact of such integration

Driving and leading digital for indirect / direct procurement and niches spend management, contract management, risk management, spot buying, eSourcing, supplier management and supplier collaboration (from innovation, to sourcing, to payment (e.g. online collaboration platforms, EDI, etc )

You will work on the various aspects of Sourcing and Procurement:

- Contract Management, Supplier Management
- Direct & Indirect Purchasing
- SAP Ariba / SAP SRM
- SAP ECC and S4/H
- Expense management
- Connectivity

As a Digital Sourcing and Procurement Expert you will be part of the digital function, report directly to the chapter lead of the digital sourcing chapter.

**You Bring**
- 7+ years working experience within a digital Sourcing & Procurement environment (Recruitment agency, Banking, Healthcare, consultancy, etc )
- A solid understanding of digital Sourcing and Procurement processes and tools.
- Expertise in technologies used by DSM in this domain: SAP Ariba (limited SRM), SAP Procurement, SAP ECC6 / S4 Central Procurement and/or SAP BW,
- And supporting technologies like: Basware, Elemica, Tradeshift, Docusign, Concur, BluePrism, OpenText, SAS Datastudio and/or Mendix
- Have a clear view on Innovative SAAS Sourcing & procurement solutions
- Are well versed in Sourcing & Procurement business acumen
- Familiarity or experience in agile way of working.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with business or technical focus.
- Experience in turning business ideas into digital tools.
- Fluent in English.
