Circle is a boutique 10-room hotel in Anjuna with a natural pool, padel court, bar, and a small F&B operation. We’re looking for someone experienced who can own procurement and basic accounting entries with accuracy and consistency.

Role: Procurement Executive

Location: Anjuna, North Goa

Compensation: Competitive salary + accommodation and staff meals provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily purchasing of F&B, housekeeping, and operational supplies
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiating rates
- Coordinating deliveries and verifying quality/quantity
- Maintaining purchase logs and stock records
- Entering purchase bills and expenses into accounting software
- Working closely with accounts for reconciliations and month-end checks
- Ensuring compliance with internal SOPs (purchase → GRN → bill entry → payment request)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in hotel/restaurant procurement
- Solid understanding of purchase cycles, stock, and vendor management
- Comfortable with basic accounting entries (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or similar)
- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
- Goa-based or willing to relocate
