- Hands-on experience with biometric SDKs/APIs like MegaMatcher, HID Global, or similar.
- Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and integrating hardware with software.

Security and Compliance:

- Understanding of data security practices and standards for biometric data.
- Experience with encryption protocols and secure data handling.

Development Tools:

- Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in agile development environments.

Problem-Solving Skills:

- Ability to debug complex systems involving both hardware and software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and deploying biometric systems.
- Familiarity with device communication protocols (e.g., USB, serial, or network communication).
- Experience with multi-threading and performance optimization.
