**Job Profile**:
**Make outbound and inbounds calls**: Contact potential customers to promote products or services.

**Answer customer inquiries**: Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or complaints.

**Provide product information**: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to interested customers.

**Maintain records**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the database.

**Follow up with customers**: Follow up with customers to provide new products or services.

**Document feedback**: Document customer feedback for follow-up actions.

**Attend team meetings**: Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

**Responsibility**: Calling, Promotion, Client communication, Lead generation.

Skills: Good communication skill, Client handling, Smart.

Qualification**:Graduation** (Any Technical field preferred).

Experienced: minimum 1 to 2years experienced in calling/customer relationship/tele marketing/insurance background (preferred).

Have Good Computer knowledge(Basic).

Salary **:8k to 15k in hand (Depends on experienced/ knowledge and skills).**
