Housekeeping Supervisor

Daily briefing and de-briefing, work allocation during the briefing

Daily grooming checks, plan the weekly roster, Weekly off and holiday schedules

Staff welfare activities, attendance process - biometric / card system

Referral scheme, checking of all the units every day

Monthly linen inventory,daily linen exchange control

Monthly inventory of each unit, Upkeep and regular maintenance of all common areas

Investigating and addressing complaints regarding housekeeping services.

Notifying the EM of any repairs and damages to the unit. Assisting guests and unit owners when necessary, as advised by the EM

Planning work as per check in - check out schedule, Ensuring garbage segregation process

Cleaning schedules
- daily/Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly

Deep cleaning - 60 to 90 day, glass cleaning - 15 days

SOP to clean the equipment inside the villa, Coordination with maintenance for common area concerns

Site details, individual unit inventory ,Planned preventive maintenance schedule History cards for each unit

Monthly MIS All expenses to be monitored

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
