**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning**: Develop structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- **Student Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments, track students' progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that fosters learning.
- **Student Engagement**: Use interactive and creative teaching methods (storytelling, activities, technology, etc.) to enhance student participation.
- **Parental Communication**: Keep parents informed about students’ progress and address any concerns.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**: Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and student enrichment programs.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and attend training/workshops as required.
- **Compliance**: Follow school policies, examination guidelines, and child safety protocols.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
