Job Title: Senior Boiler & Power Plant Operator

Location: MIDC khed, ratnagiri

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor high-pressure boilers, turbines, compressors, and auxiliary equipment.

Ensure uninterrupted supply of steam, electricity, and other utilities to plant operations.

Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform basic maintenance.

Maintain operational logs, safety checks, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Supervise junior operators and provide training and guidance as needed.

Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for shutdowns, overhauls, and emergencies.

Optimize plant performance through efficient fuel usage, waste heat recovery, and emission control.

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or equipment malfunctions.

Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) and permit-to-work systems.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
