**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with the QA team to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for both automated and manual testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
- Perform functional, performance, and load testing to ensure the scalability and efficiency of software systems.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that quality standards are met.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and related technologies.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB will be a plus.

**Salary**: ₹298,718.89 - ₹1,929,006.95 per year
