**Job Title: Marketing Manager**
**Job Summary**: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the company's products and services, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, market research, and analysis to identify market opportunities and develop initiatives that resonate with the target audience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- **Brand Management**:
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop and enhance brand positioning, identity, and overall market presence.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.
- **Budget Management**:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Track expenses and return on investment (ROI) for various marketing initiatives.
- **Collaboration and Leadership**:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- **Digital Marketing**:
- Oversee the company's online presence, including website management, SEO, and social media strategy.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- **Public Relations**:
- Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and reputation.
- Build relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Implement programs for collecting customer feedback and leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to senior management.
- Utilize data analytics to inform future marketing strategies and decision-making.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
