**Job Summary**
- The **Coaching & Proctoring Lead** will play a critical role in guiding participants through their learning and project execution journey. This role ensures that participants receive hands-on mentoring, structured feedback, and the right support to drive impactful improvements.**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a **mentor and coach** for Quantum Leap participants, guiding them through project execution.
- Support participants in **idea validation, problem-solving, and benefit realization**.
- Review A3s, project milestones, and provide structured feedback.
- Conduct **coaching clinics, 1:1 sessions, and group mentoring** to support learning adoption.
- Collaborate with the **program team and Learning Program Lead** to ensure seamless participant support.
- Support Learning and content development
- Measure **project impact, engagement levels, and coaching effectiveness**.
**Skills and Experience**
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**8+ years experience** in coaching, business transformation, or operational excellence.
Strong knowledge and experience of One or more of these areas
- **Lean Six Sigma, AI, Data Analytics and Data driven Decision manking, Risk Management**.
Experience in **mentoring, training, and guiding professionals in a project environment**.
Excellent **stakeholder management, facilitation, and analytical skills**.**About Standard Chartered**
