**About the role**:
**Job Location** - On-site, South Delhi

**Experience Required**: 0-1 years

**Responsibilities**:
**1.Content Creation**:

- Write original and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, ads, hashtags, and headlines.
- Adapt the tone and style of writing to align with the brand's voice across different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

**2.Creative Campaigns**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for product launches, promotions, or brand awareness.
- Write scripts for social media videos, reels, or animations, ensuring alignment with the creative brief.

**3.Research & Insights**:

- Stay updated with trends, memes, and viral content to incorporate relevant and timely elements into posts.
- Research target audience preferences and adapt content to increase relatability and engagement.

**4.Collaboration**:

- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and social media managers to ensure content aligns with visuals and campaign objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for social media storytelling.

**5.Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns to understand what works and what doesn’t.
- Implement feedback and suggestions to refine copy and improve engagement metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Skills**:

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Creative storytelling ability with a flair for short-form content.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and audience preferences.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Grammarly, or Hootsuite is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Portfolio showcasing creative social media copywriting work.
- Previous experience writing for a variety of industries or brands is a plus.
