**Job Title: Senior Corporate Finance Analyst - Real Estate**

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Finance Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in fund raising and financial modeling. This role is critical to our organization's financial strategy, requiring an individual who can leverage their expertise to drive growth and maximize value in the real estate sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of sophisticated financial models tailored to the real estate industry, supporting strategic initiatives such as property acquisitions, development projects, and asset management.
- Spearhead fundraising efforts for real estate projects, including debt and equity financing, and cultivate relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure funding.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk, and inform decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, acquisitions, and asset management to evaluate project feasibility, optimize capital structures, and drive value creation.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and other materials to communicate investment opportunities effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities in the real estate sector, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting capabilities.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance, with a focus on financial modeling and fund raising.
- Proven track record of successfully executing real estate transactions and raising capital for development projects, acquisitions, or asset management activities.
- Deep understanding of real estate finance principles, including property valuation, cash flow analysis, and investment metrics.
- Proficiency in financial modeling software such as Excel, Argus, or other industry-specific tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
