**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions on graphic design and UI/UX design principles, software tools, and industry best practices.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to cater to different learning styles and skill levels.
- Develop and update the graphic design and UI/UX curriculum to ensure it remains current and relevant.
- Incorporate feedback from students and industry trends to continually improve course content.
- Guide students through practical, hands-on projects that simulate real-world graphic design and UI/UX tasks.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students refine their skills and portfolios.
- Teach students how to use key graphic design and UI/UX software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated with the latest software updates and industry tools.
- Offer mentorship and support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
- Provide career advice and portfolio reviews to assist students in their job search and career development.
- Assess students' progress through assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the graphic design and UI/UX industry.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and industry knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with other trainers and staff to enhance the overall training experience.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer and UI/UX designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing professional graphic design and UI/UX work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Teaching experience is a plus.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
