**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC Lathe, VMC, or Milling machines based on the job requirement.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Perform machine setups including tool changes, offsets, and program selection.
- Ensure quality and precision of machined components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, etc.).
- Maintain dimensional accuracy as per drawing tolerance and surface finish requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and assist with machine calibration.
- Maintain production logs, shift reports, and communicate with QA/QC team.
- Adhere to safety norms and ensure 5S on shop floor.
- Identify tool wear and take corrective action to avoid rejection.
- Collaborate with the production and quality departments for process improvements.
- 5 years of experience in CNC operations in the automobile or hardware component manufacturing sector.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or relevant technical field.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools.
- Knowledge of G-code / M-code and CNC programming basics preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage shift operations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, safety, and productivity.
