**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**: Deliver engaging and effective Spanish language classes to students from A1 to B2 levels.
- **Curriculum Development**: Create and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- **Student Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Participate in administrative duties such as attendance tracking, report writing, and parent-teacher interactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Native Spanish Speaker or Near-Native Fluency**: Proven ability to communicate fluently in Spanish.
- **Teaching Certification**: Preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Teaching Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a language institute or similar setting.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Understanding of Spanish culture and customs.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
