- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**: Handling negotiations, discussing terms, and persuading customers to make a purchase while maximizing profit margins.
- **Meeting Sales Targets**: Working to achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals. Salespeople are often expected to meet monthly, quarterly, or annual targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Using CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and interactions with clients, and maintaining customer records for follow-ups and future opportunities.
- **Post-Sales Service**: Ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale, addressing any issues or complaints, and fostering loyalty for repeat business.
- **Market Awareness**: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
- **Reporting and Feedback**: Providing regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to managers. This feedback helps improve products, services, and sales strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
