**Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and support students in achieving academic goals.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Prepare students for IGCSE exams by covering required topics and exam strategies.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and grades.

**2. Homeroom Duties**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for students in the homeroom class.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Conduct daily check-ins and address students' social, emotional, and academic concerns.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
- Organize homeroom activities that promote personal development and teamwork.

**3. Student Welfare & Discipline**:

- Support students in developing self-discipline, responsibility, and respect.
- Address behavioral issues following school policies.
- Identify students who need additional support and refer them to counselors or specialists.
- Encourage a growth mindset and motivation in students.

**4. Extracurricular & School Activities**:

- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff meetings.
- Support and encourage students’ participation in extracurricular activities.
- Organize or assist in school functions such as assemblies and competitions.

**5. Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with IGCSE teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and faculty meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best teaching practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
