**ABOUT US**

We are a reputed industry and our product is **'BIS MARK'**approved. We are manufacturer of Flyash Bricks, Precast Concrete Blocks,Tiles, Kerb Stone, Hollow Blocks, Solid Blocks, Grass Pavers etc. at Kharagpur, Dist: PaschimMedinipur (West Bengal) since last 8 years.

**JOB LOCATION**

The area of this job location shall be Paschim Burdwan District.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- He shall create lead for B2C Sales in his area.
- He should give his full time genuinely to generate lead in his area and convert it to sales.
- His movement shall be tracked by GPS and he should regularly update to the factory his movement report.
- He should regularly excavate new Institutional Sales, Promoters, Contractors, Private business firms etc
- He should regularly follow Government Department and its Contractors for Lead generation and convert it to Sales.
- He should achieve the minimum Monthly Sales target, which shall be allotted to them.

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Good Communication Skills, hardworking, energetic and a responsible person.
- Should have experience in lead generation and Sales.
- Should have Motor Cycle and Smart Phone (Phone sim card shall be provided by us).
- The person who agrees to give his full time genuinely to our sales and should not engage himself in any other job.
