**Sales Executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Primary Role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of chit Sales and Marketing to achieve the business objectives.
- Drive identified Initiatives to achieve the overall chit sales objectives
- Develop business for the company by enrolling new members.
- Responsible for developing new clients to meet business development target.
- Approaching the subscribers with right information by briefing the terms & conditions at the time of enrolling in chit schemes.
- Ensure submission of proper documentation by members at the time of enrolment.
- Maintain cordial relations with the customer atall times.
- Ensure high level service to the customers until the end of their chit tenure.
- Should be able to work independently to generate leads and convert them.
- Salary is negotiable as per experience.
- INCENTIVE AND BONUS WILL BE PROVIDED BASED ON TARGET ACHIEVEMENTS(APPROX. UP TO Rs.50,000)
- PF/ESI/HEALTH INSURANCE/PETROL ALLOWANCES WILL BE PROVIDED.

- Planning and organizational skills.
- Bike And Licence Must.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
- Responding to customer queries.

Gender: Male

Hardworking along with good communication skills.

Proven Experience of over a decade working as a Sales Agent in financial services/ Insurance or Chit Fund Industry will be preferred.

Education: Graduate and Above.

Experience: Should have relevant total experience of 5-10 yrs in chit funds/financial Institutions/NBFC's/ Insurance/ any Marketing products and worked as a Sales/Marketing Manager.

Location: Should be Residing at Hyderabad.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
