**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

3. Maintain and update collection records and reports.

4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes.

5. Negotiate repayment plans and settlements when necessary.

6. Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines for debt recovery.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Graduate in any discipline.

**Experience**: 1-3 years in collections, preferably in finance, leasing, or related industries.

**Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Other**: Willingness to travel for on-field collections if required.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Lithion Battery Knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
- Collection: 1 year (required)
