Job Title - Configuration Expert, KONE Remote Monitoring (KRM)

Purpose:
to join our experts at the KONE Services & Solutions R&D. You will work together with other professionals to develop advanced KONE digital solutions that leverage the latest in cloud, devices and connectivity technologies.

Technical Lead will collaborate with the KRM Product Owner and the Dev&Ops team to ensure KRM solution is fit for fulfill business goals.

We are looking for a professional with previous experience managing distributed platform in order to strengthen our team.

Are you the one?
- University degree in Information technology or Engineering
- Minimum professional experience 10 years and proven experience in managing distributed solutions
- Expertise and hands on experience in traditional on-premises Server-based & Cloud-based (Azure) systems
- Strong knowledge of M2M remote devices, including connectivity layer technologies
- Problem solving attitude and strong initiative to drive taskforces and team of experts
- Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders distributed globally
- Experience with supplier collaboration and external partners
- Excellent stakeholders communication skills (both written and oral)

What will you be doing?
- Support global and local business unit in complex troubleshooting or deployment projects
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to create solid KRM roadmap bringing technical expertise
- Be able to work in a Lean & Agile teams
- Represent KRM solution in cross-teams technical forums and shared projects
- Collaborate with Dev & Ops teams to establish a strong E2E product ownership
- Own the technical expertise of the technical infrastructure, integrations and reporting solutions
