**Job Title**: Telecaller (Immigration Services)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our immigration services and explain the benefits of working with our firm.
- Provide information and guidance to clients regarding immigration procedures, eligibility requirements, and available services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
- Schedule appointments for clients to meet with immigration consultants or attend informational sessions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including inquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Collaborate with immigration consultants and other team members to address client needs and provide comprehensive support.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Min Qualification:10+
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role, preferably in the immigration or legal services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with immigration procedures, visa categories, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Fluency in multiple languages (an advantage).
