**Job Title**: MIS Executive
**Location**: Faridabad, India
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in an Ecommerce platform

**Job Summary**:
As an MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing the data flow within the eCommerce platform, supporting management in making data-driven decisions. This includes preparing reports, optimizing systems, and enhancing operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection & Management**:

- Gather, compile, and maintain accurate data from various sources, ensuring data integrity for business insights.
- Update and manage databases and systems that support key business operations in eCommerce.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, providing insights on KPIs like sales, inventory, and customer behavior.
- Analyze data to provide recommendations for improving processes and supporting strategic decision-making.
- **System Optimization**:

- Assist in the enhancement of MIS systems to streamline and automate reporting.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to improve system functionality and reliability.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify gaps in existing processes, suggest improvements, and implement solutions.
- Ensure efficient handling of eCommerce data related to customer orders, returns, and logistics.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with teams such as Operations, Marketing, and Finance to understand data needs and provide insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS or data analysis within an eCommerce or retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis) and experience with MIS reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and operations is a plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
