**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Initiate calls to potential clients, introducing ATP’s products/services and understanding their needs.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new leads, following up on inquiries and converting them into sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of ATP's product offerings to effectively present solutions and close deals.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any questions or concerns in a professional manner.
- **Reporting**: Document customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth processes and maximum sales effectiveness.
- **Follow-ups**: Regularly follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients to ensure ongoing sales opportunities.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar roles is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport with clients.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong ability to sell and handle objections effectively.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
