Anand Jain and Associates is seeking a talented and dedicated Architect to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to work on a diverse range of architectural projects. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts and detailed plans
- Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Oversee on-site construction to ensure projects meet design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations
- Conduct site visits to inspect project progress and provide timely feedback on construction phases
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth project workflow

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
