Roles and Responsibilities

Solely responsible for end to end Overseas Study Counselling to students, including assisting students on the entire admission process.

Feeding students with the best of knowledge and information regarding universities.
- Should be responsible for lead generation of overseas education through varipus means like Socia Media, Career Expo and other means.
- Advising Management on optimising lead genertion and new opportunities in the overseas segment.
- Advising potential students on education study opportunities in the UK.
- Able to do visa documentation
- Counseling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with prospects.
- Providing information on the list of Universities.
- Mentoring students through resolving queries and other problems.
- Maintaining records of all communicaitons.
- Meet targets

Must have sound understanding of UK visa processing formalities.

Must have minimum 1 year experience in Student Counsellor for UK.

Must have excellent communication skills and should be fluent in Malayalam and English.

Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.

Excellent knowledge of the English and Malayalam language

Good knowledge of Social Media like Facebook, Instagram etc.

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.

Ability to switch communication styles.

Team lead in the past would be an added advantage

Fair and pleasant personality

Should be sales oriented.

Should be highly motivated, result-orientated towards the work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,206.69 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
