**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive B2C/B2B sales for US CMA certification programs.
- Handle end-to-end student counseling, follow-ups, and enrollment.
- Conduct product presentations, webinars, and demos to leads and prospects.
- Manage CRM and maintain proper documentation of student lifecycle.
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
- Multitask across sales operations, documentation, and student support if needed.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience in education or training sales, preferably CMA or similar courses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads and priorities efficiently.
- Comfortable with a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Added advantage: Sales experience of US CMA certification course.
