About Us:
The Delhi BJP is a dynamic team dedicated to serving the people of Delhi and

advancing the nation's progress. We're seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Social

Media Intern to join our communications team and help us connect with voters and

amplify our message across diverse platforms.

What You'll Do:

- Content Creation: Craft engaging and informative content

(text, images, videos) for

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Quora, Telegram, YouTube, and Reddit, tailored

to each platform's unique audience and tone.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions

promptly and professionally, fostering positive interactions and addressing

concerns.
- Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring social

media trends, competitor activity, and public sentiment relevant to Delhi

politics.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools

(Buffer, Social Blade) to track engagement, reach, and campaign

performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Campaign Support: Assist with developing and executing social media

campaigns for upcoming elections, events, and initiatives.
- Stay Informed: Continuously learn and adapt to evolving social media best

practices and keep pace with current political affairs.

What We're Looking For:

- A deep understanding of the Indian political landscape and Delhi's specific

issues.
- Strong knowledge of

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Quora, Telegram, YouTube, and Reddit, and

their unique user demographics and content styles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear and concise

approach.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt content to different audiences and

objectives.
- Data-driven mindset and keenness to analyze social media metrics and

translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using Canva for creating visually appealing graphics.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and excellent time

management skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in

BJP's vision.

Bonus Points:

- Prior experience in political campaigns or social media marketing.
- Knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages used in Delhi.
- Familiarity with online political discourse and meme culture.
