**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or via cold calling to generate interest in insurance products.
- Identify and qualify leads based on their insurance needs (life, health, motor, home, etc.).
- **Client Engagement**:

- Explain various insurance policies, benefits, premiums, and coverage details to prospective clients.
- Handle inbound queries related to insurance plans, claims, and premium payments.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies based on their requirements.
- **Sales Support**:

- Guide clients through the process of policy enrollment and document submission.
- Schedule follow-up calls to ensure leads are converted into policyholders.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing pre-sales and post-sales assistance.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address client concerns, answer questions about policies, and provide prompt solutions for policy-related issues.
- Assist with claim processes and direct clients to appropriate departments when necessary.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and follow-up status in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports to the sales manager on daily call activities, lead status, and conversion rates.
- **Policy Retention**:

- Follow up with existing policyholders for renewals, cross-sell other insurance products, and ensure a smooth renewal process.
- Handle client retention by providing excellent service and addressing policy-related concerns to prevent cancellations.
