**Eligibility Criteria-**
a. CMA - First attempt qualified (Final both groups) mandatory
b. 60% throughout in 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-graduation without any backlogs at the time of selection and joining
c. Students who hold a degree in Chartered Accountancy should have completed a 3-year full-time B.Com degree
d. Maximum 1 year of gap between either XII & Graduation or between Graduation & Post Graduation
- In-depth understanding of balance sheet, P&L, accounting, and financial statements.
- Budgetary control: Preparation of annual budget and control of expenses accordingly and variance analysis.
- MIS: Preparation of MIS and its analysis to senior management.
- Contract Management and Invoice processing (Bill processing, invoicing, and ensuring timely payment including reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and in line with the contract.)
- Conversant with IT and accounting software.
- Business and Commercial Acumen on leading the strategic matters.
- Bench marking and ensuring best-in-class system/processes in place.

CTC: Fixed: INR 4.50 LPA/PA (During training and Probation), 6.5 LPA/ PA(Post Confirmation) + Variable: INR 2.00 LPA

**Salary**: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
