We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facebook and Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Facebook and Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns on these platforms. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our online marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Develop effective advertising strategies for Facebook and Google Ads that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
Campaign Setup: Create and set up ad campaigns, including defining target audiences, selecting ad formats, and configuring tracking mechanisms.
Ad Creation: Develop compelling and visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and adhere to best practices.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending while maximizing ROI.
Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance and make data-driven decisions.
Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain conversion tracking to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Ad Performance Analysis: Analyze ad performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to the team.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, changes, and features on Facebook and Google Ads platforms, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with ad policies and industry best practices, including privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
Certification: A strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, with certifications being a plus.
Data-Driven: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw actionable insights from performance metrics.
Creativity: Strong creative skills to develop engaging ad content and visuals.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in campaign setup, tracking, and performance monitoring.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings and recommendations.
Adaptable: The digital advertising landscape is constantly evolving, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential.
Results-Oriented: A track record of achieving and exceeding marketing goals and KPIs.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ad management tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
