**Job Title: Dietitian and Nutrition Counselling Voice Process**

**We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dietitian to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized dietary guidance and support to our clients, incorporating our company's Herbal Medicines into their nutrition plans. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their health goals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Explain the appropriate dosage of our company's Herbal Medicines to patients during consultations.**
**- Conduct 40-50 new consultations and 20 follow-ups daily to effectively manage client needs.**
**- Ensure a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9+ and a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) rate of 95% or higher.**
**- Counsel patients to understand their health goals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions.**
**- Create personalized, age-specific, and culturally appropriate diet plans for clients.**
**- Manage clients' queries regarding our Herbal Medicines and dietary plans, providing comprehensive support and information.**
**- Compile and track client progress towards their health goals, maintaining detailed records.**
**- Develop new diet and recipe sets based on evolving patient needs and preferences.**
**- Maximize client retention and repeat business through effective management and support.**

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in nutrition counseling with a focus on personalized diet planning.**
**- Strong understanding of dosage management and dietary planning in conjunction with Herbal Medicines.**
**- Ability to manage constant follow-ups and maintain ongoing client relationships.**
**- Proficiency in tracking client progress and maintaining accurate databases.**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.**
**- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.**
**- Qualifications in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field (preferred).**
